Buffalo Hump Removal with VASER Liposuction | Upper Back Contouring

This patient presented with a localized fat deposit at the upper back and lower neck, commonly referred to as a “buffalo hump.” We performed VASER liposuction to precisely target and remove the excess fat, improving contour and restoring a smoother neckline profile. The procedure was completed in-office under local anesthesia, avoiding general anesthesia or IV sedation. She experienced a rapid recovery and is shown with a more refined upper back contour and improved confidence.
