Lipoabdominoplasty and fat transfer to the hip dips in Austin Texas Dr. Levesque

Our patient presented with concerns of extra lower abdominal skin, stretch marks and desired contour improvements in the abdomen and lateral hip regions. She is an active mother of three in great overall shape that after an in person examination we felt would be a great candidate for lipoabdominoplasty and fat transfer to the hip dips on each side. We were able to remove almost 1 kilogram of lower abdominal skin and fat in addition to almost 2 liters of fat from the abdomen/anterior flanks and thighs. Each hip was injected with 300 cc of fat to improve these contours. She is shown in the early post op period with very natural contours and a well positioned and shaped belly button and removal of the stretch marks. We've also managed to preserve gentle curves on lateral, oblique, and frontal views and avoided a flat "artificial" or operated on appearance. Her abdominal scar will continue to fade with longer follow up and is well located below bathing suit and undergarment preferences. We couldn't be happier with her results and are honored to help her with her goals.
