Vaser lipoabdominoplasty and fat tranfer to the breasts. Dr. Levesque Austin TX

Our patient, a mother, had difficulties with achieving the abdominal body contours she desired and had diastasis recti as well. Her BMI was about 29 and we recommended lipoabdominoplasty and using the fat removed to transfer to the breasts while simultaneously removing her implants and performing breast lift. Vaser (ultrasound) liposuction was used to maximize her skin retraction and facilitate removal of the fat. 1150 cc of lipoaspirate was removed to achieve her contours in addition to the removal of lower abdominal skin and fat. She is shown after her combo surgery healing well with better shape and proportions. Her scars are still young and will continue to improve.
