A Mommy Makeover - Vaser Lipoabdominoplasty, Lipo 360, Fat graft Breasts

Dr. Levesque evaluated our patient, a mother, BMI of 31 that presented with difficulty achieving her desired body contours. After in person examination and history review Dr. Levesque felt she was an acceptable candidate for a Vaser Liposuction 360 of the abdomen, flanks, lateral chest, and back with a fat transfer to the breasts. Also a lipoabdominoplasty with some elements of hi definition liposculpture. Liposuction volume was 3.85 Liters, resected abdominal tissue of about 1100 grams. Fat transferred to each breast was 300 cc. She is pictured in her 3 month post op photographs with noticeable changes in all areas treated and greatly improved contours and a nicely concealed scar that will continue to improve in the coming months. Her belly button looks natural and in the correct location. She is an excellent example of the reason we will commonly recommend 360 treatment of the torso as the change in her silhouette is excellent and would not approach her result with only a tummy tuck. We expect continued improvements in her contours as she gets back into a healthy diet and exercise regimen. We are honored to have participated in helping our patient achieve her goals.
