This patient in her 40s underwent subfascial breast augmentation in Austin using Motiva Ergonomix implants to restore volume and improve symmetry without a breast lift. Asymmetric implant sizing and breast preservation techniques allowed for a natural, lifted appearance with long-term stability.
As a board-certified plastic surgeon in Austin, Texas, I commonly see women experience breast volume loss related to pregnancy, aging, and planned weight loss with GLP-1 medications. This patient, a mother of two, desired a natural-looking breast augmentation while avoiding lift scars.
After consultation, I determined she was a good candidate for subfascial placement with Motiva Ergonomix Demi profile silicone implants. 3D VECTRA® imaging demonstrated asymmetry, including a higher inframammary fold and smaller breast volume on the right. To improve balance, I selected 360 cc on the right and 310 cc on the left.
Her results show improved symmetry and a youthful contour without mastopexy. The Ergonomix design allows natural upper-pole contour with maximal projection slightly below the implant midpoint, which is beneficial in patients with mildly low nipple position.
To support long-term outcomes, I preserved key lower-pole connective tissues to help stabilize implant position and reduce bottoming out. I am very pleased with her result and honored she chose Levesque Plastic Surgery in Austin.
