Silicone Breast Augmentation with Sientra implants in Austin, TX by Dr. Levesque

Our patient had concerns of a loss of fullness in the breast after having two children and felt like wore a A or B cup in most styles. She desired to have an enlargement of the breasts to fill out a full C cup or possibly a D cup. After an in person consultation and simulation using Vectra analysis, Dr. Levesque developed a plan to use the inframammary fold incision and Sientra 355 cc smooth round HSC + silicone implants in the moderate plus profile to achieve her goals. Her procedure was completed without any issues and we used a early recovery after surgery protocol (ERAS) to minimize discomfort and a quick return to normal activities. The protocol includes multimodal pain control taken before and after surgery to minimize narcotic requirements and thus minimizing unwanted side effects of nausea, vomiting, or constipation. We are excited for our patient and her stunning results. We felt like the actual surgical results were better than predicted on the Vectra simulation and thank her for sharing her story for others contemplating breast enlargement or enhancement. Her scars are not visible and located totally in her native fold.
