Breast augmentation by Dr. Andre Levesque in Austin, Tx

Our patient presented to clinic desiring breast enhancement but wanted to stay more natural and look fake. She wore a B cup in most bras and desired an enlargement to a full C cup. We also performed lipo 360 of the torso and thighs with conservative injection into the hips and buttocks as an outpatient procedure. She is in great shape and after evaluation and Vectra breast analysis we selected 250 cc Sientra smooth round silicone implants in a moderate profile to achieve her goals. The approach used was through the inframammary fold and a dual plane technique was used for the implant pocket. (Partially under the pectoralis muscle). We are pleased with her results and allowing us to share her results.
