Breast Augmentation with Dr. Levesque in Austin, Texas 590 cc inframammary fold

Our patient desired an augmentation that would be proportional to her overall body with upper pole fullness and cleavage. After meeting in person and performing examination and analysis with Vectra 3D imaging we felt a 590 cc silicone implant from Sientra would achieve her goals. We were able to place the implants in a dual plane pocket using an inframammary fold incision that is well disguised. We were able to enhance her breasts and also disguise some asymmetry by our surgical technique along the inframammary fold. We always utilize an early recovery after surgery protocol using multiple pain medication modalities to ensure a swift recovery and also a Keller funnel, no touch technique, and betadine and antibiotic irrigations to minimize any risk of complications. We couldn't be happier with her results and are honored she allowed us the opportunity to help her achieve her goals.
