Breast Augmentation Dual Plane III partial submuscular placement Dr. Levesque

Our patient is a lovely mother of 5 that developed volume loss of her breasts and desired breast enhancement. After exam and Vectra 3D simulation we felt she was a candidate for breast augmentation without lift using a Dual Plane III release and an inframammary fold incision. A moderate profile 385 cc HSC Smooth Round Sientra implant was chosen to provide the volume and shape she desired without risking to much stress on the already stressed breasts tissues. We are thrilled with her improvements in breast shape, size, and not having to subject the patient to the scars of a breast lift. She also underwent Lipo360 and a Lipoabdominoplasty at the same time which you can see some of the changes to the upper torso. We are honored she chose us to help her achieve her goals.
