Subglandular 510 cc Breast Augmentation with Dr. Levesque in Austin, Tx

Our patient is a mother of three that presented with concerns of volume loss in the breasts and a desire for a natural looking augmentation. After examination and 3D simulation with Vectra software we felt she was an excellent candidate for breast augmentation using 510 cc moderate profile smooth round Sientra HSC implants. Given she had sufficient breast tissue for disguise we chose a subglandular position for her implants which allows very rapid recovery with minimal pain, no disruption of the pectoralis muscles and eliminates the likelihood of animation deformity. An inframammary fold incision was used for maximal safety. We are excited for her natural results and honored she chose us to help her achieve her goals.
