Our patient is a petite young woman that desired an enlargement of the breasts but without looking too unnatural. She was interested in proceeding with saline implants and we suggested using Ideal Implants for perhaps a more natural feel than a standard saline implant given her thin body habitus. We placed the implants in partial submuscular pocket or a "dual plane approach" for implant coverage through an inframammary fold incision. Her recovery was swift and she was back to her usual activities within a few days.
