Our patient desired a proportional enlargement of the breasts after losing volume over time. After in person examination and Vectra 3D simulation we determined that a moderate plus profile implant from Mentor and range 475 cc - 570 cc would achieve the results she desired. She had adequate breast tissue to place the implants in front of the pectoralis muscle so the pocket was subglandular and an inframammary fold incision was used. She is seen with natural enlargement, hidden scars, and great symmetry. Inframammary fold incision, subglandular Mentor moderate plus saline filled to 500 cc 5'5'' and 175 lbs.
