Our patient is a mother of two in great shape but with volume loss in the breast and some ptosis that desired a restoration in breast volume and improved shape. We evaluated her and performed Vectra 3D simulation and selected a 350 cc moderate profile implant to achieve her desired goals. Given her adequate breast tissue we selected the subglandular plane to place our implant and infra mammary fold incision. Using moderate profile implants allows for good support of her underlying breast tissue instead of pushing the breast tissue too far forward and having a waterfall deformity. She is shown post op 4 months with excellent shape, size and symmetry. Other procedure performed at same time Vaser Lipoabdominoplasty.
