Austin, TX Breast Augmentation with Fat Transfer 300 cc. Dr. Levesque

Our patient underwent a breast augmentation but with autologous fat grafting to both breasts. We transferred 300 cc of fat into each breast that was transferred from liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, lateral chest and back. She is shown at 3 months post op with a natural result. In particular the transitions from the axilla to the breast are improved with a very natural slope seen best on the oblique views. She also had a modest increase in size but the most improvement is in shaping of the breasts. What does not show well in the photos is the substantial improvement in skin texture, thickness, and overall quality we commonly see with fat transfer procedures. We are thankful she had the confidence to help her achieve her body contouring goals.
