Our patient, a mother of four, sought our assistance due to the loss of breast volume and a baseline size difference between her breasts. During our consultation, we discussed the possibility of breast augmentation and considered the need for a lift. After a thorough examination and utilizing Vectra 3D simulation, we concluded that achieving her goals could be accomplished with a breast augmentation alone, without the need for a lift. To address minor differences detected in our 3D simulation, we opted for slightly different implants on each side. Choosing moderate profile implants was crucial in achieving fullness without pushing the breast tissue further away from the torso. This decision minimizes the risk of developing a waterfall deformity as the breast tissues can descend over the implants with time. The early postoperative results showcase beautiful and proportional outcomes that complement her frame. Our patient is now able to wear her desired clothing, and her activities have returned to normal. We follow an early recovery after surgery protocol for all procedures, ensuring swift and issue-free recoveries. We feel privileged to have been a part of our patient's aesthetic journey, providing the results she desired with careful consideration and expertise.
