Breast augmentation and fat transfer to breasts with Dr. Levesque in Austin TX

Our patient, a highly fit woman, experienced volume loss, particularly in the upper pole of her breasts. After a thorough examination, we utilized 3D Vectra simulation to determine the appropriate size for achieving her aesthetic goals. Notably, she presented with a wider space between the breasts and a soft tissue deficiency over the sternum and upper breast area. To address these concerns, we opted for a dual-plane breast augmentation, employing 355 cc moderate plus implants through an inframammary fold (IMF) incision. Additionally, we scored some of the breast parenchyma to facilitate expansion and shaping. In a subsequent stage, we performed fat transfer, injecting a total of 75 cc to the sternum and upper portion of the breasts. Despite achieving positive outcomes, our patient faced persistent thin tissues and expressed a desire to slightly enlarge the right breast. Consequently, we replaced the right implant with a 385 cc, and added 90 cc of fat to the left breast, 50 cc to the right breast, and 20 cc to the sternum. In the postoperative stage, our patient exhibits notable improvements in breast aesthetics, considering the challenging preoperative appearance of a very thin patient with some elements of constriction of the breasts.
