Our patient, a vibrant and healthy young woman, sought breast enlargement while maintaining proportionality with her petite frame. Given her active lifestyle at the gym, we assessed that she possessed adequate breast tissue, allowing for a subglandular placement of implants to minimize the risk of animation deformity. Following a comprehensive evaluation and 3D Vectra simulation, we determined that a 285 cc moderate plus Sientra implant would fulfill her aesthetic objectives. Opting for the inframammary fold incision, we aimed to achieve the desired outcome. In the postoperative phase, she showcases an excellent result that enhances her figure without appearing overwhelming, and with barely perceptible scarring.
