Our patient, a mother of three, experienced noticeable volume loss in her breasts, particularly in the upper region, along with concerns about skin-to-skin contact along the inframammary fold. Despite her overall good health, she desired to restore her breasts to their previous D cup size. Following an in-office examination and simulation using Vectra 3D imaging software, we recommended a 510 moderate-profile implant to achieve natural fullness without excessive projection, ensuring the nipple/areola remained appropriately positioned.
Opting for an inframammary fold incision, we aimed to minimize the risk of complications, while a dual-plane placement (partially under the muscle) was chosen to achieve a moderate elevation of breast tissue and nipple position.
The results are exceptional, with discreet scars and a proportional outcome that complements her body's adjacent areas. Additionally, during the same procedure, we performed ultrasound liposuction and Renuvion to address concerns in the abdomen, flanks, back, and thighs, along with fat transfer to the buttocks, providing comprehensive enhancement through a Brazilian butt lift. The combination of the procedures could certainly be considered a mommy makeover as used by other surgeons to describe combination body contouring procedures commonly requested and needed by mothers.
