Removal and Replacement for new Sientra Silicone Impants with Lift

Dr. Levesque was able to remove and replace older implants and downsize the implants to a more proportional Sientra smooth round implant while lifting the breast tissue and nipple position. The implants were placed in a new subpectoral pocket and the existing capsule was used as an internal bra for extra support of the new implants. A breast lift was performed simultaneously to reposition the areola, decrease the size and also get rid of excess lower breast tissue. She is shown at early post op 4 months and the scars will continue to fade with more time. We performed the procedure as an outpatient and her recovery was uneventful as we used multimodal pain control regimen to make pain manageable.
