Our patient was noticing difficulty with seeing objects in the upper part of his visual field and complaining of looking tired. After evaluation we were able to diagnose upper eyelid ptosis and expected this was a result of levator dehiscence which can happen with normal aging or trauma. Dr. Levesque was able to correct the droopy eyelids with a upper lid blepharoplasty with (tarsolevator advancement) using and open sky technique.
