Secondary Upper Lid Blepharoplasty with Dr. Levesque in Austin, TX Open Sky

Our patient had a previous upper lid blepharoplasty by another surgeon and was unhappy with her upper lids feeling like they were still heavy. We performed an open sky technique upper lid blepharoplasty though an upper lid crease incision and carefully contoured the skin, muscle, and fat in the area to achieve a smoother more youthful appearance with non visible scars. A deep plane face and necklift was performed at the same time under local anesthesia and NO general anesthesia or IV sedation.
