Lower Blepharoplasty and Fat Grafting to Eyelids in Austin, Texas Dr. Levesque

Our patient presented with concerns about his lower eyelid bags and the junction between his lower lid and cheek. He felt that his eyes made him look tired and older than he felt. After a thorough review of his medical history, we determined he was a suitable candidate for lower lid blepharoplasty. We chose a transconjunctival lower lid blepharoplasty approach, making the incision inside the eyelid to avoid any external scars. Additionally, we performed fat grafting to the lower lid and cheek junction to address volume loss in these areas. The procedure was performed under general anesthesia at an accredited surgery center and took just over 1.5 hours. The patient is shown six months post-surgery with a natural-looking result. His eyes appear more open, the puffiness in his lower lids is reduced, and even his skin quality looks improved. Notably, his eye shape remains unaltered, and he has no visible scars.
