Deep plane face and necklift under local anesthesia by Dr. Levesque Austin Texas

Our patient was an excellent candidate for an in office face and necklift under local anesthesia. The deep plane face lifting technique requires expert knowledge of the deep face and neck structures to avoid damaging facial nerves, vessels, or glands and Dr. Levesque is one of few surgeons that perform this routinely in his office under local anesthesia and oral sedation. We were able to improve her neck, and facial contours with very acceptable inconspicuous scars. An early post op and her scars will continue to fade as they mature and she has a very natural not "pulled" look of previous skin only techniques. We also performed a secondary upper lid lift to help refresh this area as well. The result is a harmonious facial rejuvenation that should hold up for years.
