Deep Plane Face and Necklift with fat grafting under local anesthesia in Austin

Our patient wanted to have face and necklifting to restore more youthful appearance to her facial contours and also exhibited volume loss in the temples, cheeks, midface. She had seen a few other surgeons and knew she wanted to undergo a deep plane facelift procedure but was surprised that we perform this routinely in our office under local anesthesia and only a couple medications by mouth. Dr. Levesque performed open necklift, lateral necklift and facelift using the deep plane to resuspend sagging facial tissues and reposition the fat over the cheek bones. We also added fat to the cheek, temples, ear lobes, and middle cheek to restore lost volume in these areas. She is shown with an early follow up with scars that are still a little pink but will continue to fade with time as hair grows through the scar and helps camouflage. Her result is very natural. She does not look overdone nor tight and has a nice improvement in her facial contours yet still looks like herself. We are happy to have had the opportunity to help her reach her goals.
