Deep neck contouring or open necklift and fat transfer to the face in a male

This male in his 40's presented with concerns about the lack of definition in his neck and jawline. He sought a solution to improve his overall facial balance and enhance his profile. After a thorough consultation, he opted for an in-office open neck lift performed under local anesthesia. This is also referred to as deep neck contouring. This procedure focused on tightening and redefining the neck contours for a more sculpted appearance. The procedure is performed through a small scar under the chin and there area no scars around the ears. Not every patient is a candidate but our patient was excellent candidate given the lack of subcutaneous fat and thick overall skin. To further enhance his facial structure, simultaneous fat transfer was performed to augment the chin and cheeks, restoring volume and improving symmetry. These complementary procedures worked together to create a rejuvenated, more masculine profile while maintaining a natural look. The patient was thrilled with the results, noting a significant improvement in his confidence and satisfaction with his appearance. The minimally invasive nature of the procedure allowed for a comfortable recovery with impressive, lasting results. Liposuction would not have been able to achieve these results as the deep neck fat is not removed with liposuction.
