Deep Plane Face and Neck lift under local anesthesia in Austin, TX

Our patient sought improvement in her facial appearance, particularly noticing a loss of definition in her neck and jawline, along with excess fullness under her chin, which made her feel tired. After a comprehensive facial examination and attentive listening to her concerns, Dr. Levesque recommended a deep plane facelift, coupled with an open anterior necklift and strategic fat transfer to enhance volume in key areas such as the inferior orbit, temples, and nasolabial folds. Additionally, an extension of the incision into the temporal region was suggested to achieve a subtle lateral brow lift.
