Deep plane face and deep neck contouring under local anesthesia and fat grafting

Our patient sought a solution for facial aging concerns, desiring a rejuvenated appearance in line with her vibrant lifestyle. After thorough assessment, we determined a deep plane facelift and deep necklift were optimal with fat grafting. With expertise in facelift procedures in Austin, Texas, we tailored our approach to suit her needs and performed in under local anesthesia. Utilizing local anesthesia, we executed a deep neck contouring procedure through a discreet submental crease incision. This technique effectively addressed excess fat under the platysma while tightening it both anteriorly and posteriorly. Our deep plane facelift, performed via a pretrichial intertragal incision, strategically shifted facial volume from the lower third to the mid and upper regions.
