Our patient had previously undergone a facelift, necklift, and various other procedures, but she expressed dissatisfaction with the appearance of her perioral region and believed that her lips didn't harmonize with the rest of her face. Upon examination, we observed lengthening of the upper lip skin and a slight downturn at the outer edge of the lip.
We recommended a bullhorn lip lift and lateral lip lift, both of which we performed under local anesthesia in our office. Dr. Levesque executed the procedure without any complications, eliminating the need for IV sedation or general anesthesia. While her scar is still slightly pink in the short term, it will progressively become almost invisible as time passes.
We are honored to have played a part in helping her achieve her aesthetic goals.
