Facelift, Necklift, Eyelid Lifts, Fat grafting with Dr. Levesque in Austin, TX

Our patient presented desiring facial rejuvenation in preparation for a wedding with her main concerns being the lower face and neck as well as her eyelids. Dr. Levesque felt she was a great candidate for a SMAS plication facelift to preserve cheek tissue and elevate the cheek to a higher more youthful position. We also repositioned the lower eyelid fat and lifted the midface while removing excess skin of the lower lid and maintaining good eye shape. The upper eyelid excess skin and heaviness was addressed with upper lid blepharoplasty and fat grafting to the superior orbit and brow. Fat grafting was also performed to the cheek, nasolabial folds, and temple regions to provide a harmonious natural rejuvenation. Her neck was improved using an anterior open neck approach to tighten the platysma muscles at the midline. She is shown 1 year after her surgery which was performed as an outpatient but under a general anesthesia.
