Left Lateral View - This View shows the great improvement in the submental area with removal of skin and small amount of sub platysmal fat and tightening of the anterior platysma on the lower third of the face. He is only 5 weeks after surgery an already shows marked improvement. We expect continued improvement over the entire first year. More

Left Oblique View - Shows the improvement as well as some of the visible scar in the thyroid region that will continue to improve. He also has significant improvement in the jowl area even though no facelift was performed. More

Frontal View - This view you can appreciate the improvement in platysmal banding and excess skin in the submental area. You can also appreciate the scar under the chin. Of note this is only 5 weeks and will continue to fade with time. More

Right Oblique View - This shows the sliming effect of the T-Z plasty on his facial profile, He looks younger, and healthier with a staright forward in office procedure under local anesthesia. More

Right Lateral View - Shows the significant pre operative skin excess and muscle laxity that is nicely addressed by an anterior approach. Performing more standard lateral type necklifts would've been very difficult to achieve this amount of contour improvement. There has even been an improvement in the jowl region without surgery specific to address this area. More
