Dermal
Fillers
Restore volume and refine contour in Austin — placed by Dr. Levesque himself, with a surgeon’s knowledge of the facial anatomy and blood supply beneath your skin.
Restore volume, refine contour — safely
As we age, we don’t just wrinkle — we deflate. Cheeks flatten, under-eye hollows deepen, lips thin, and folds around the mouth set in. Dermal fillers replace that lost volume and refine contour, restoring a rested, balanced look — or enhancing features like the lips and jawline — without surgery.
Filler is deceptively technical. Placed by feel, it looks “done”; placed with a real understanding of facial anatomy, it looks like you. Just as important, filler carries genuine vascular risk (a recognized FDA safety concern). That’s why every filler treatment here is performed by Dr. Andre Levesque personally — a board-certified plastic surgeon who knows the vessels beneath your skin the way a surgeon does.
Types of dermal filler
Not all fillers are the same. They fall into a few families, and the right choice depends on the area, how long you want it to last, and whether you want an immediate or a gradual result.
Hyaluronic acid (HA)
Gel made from a sugar your body already produces. Adds volume immediately, feels natural, and — importantly — can be dissolved if you ever want a change. The workhorse of modern injectables.
Examples: Juvéderm, Restylane.Biostimulatory
Rather than adding gel, these stimulate your own collagen over weeks to months for a gradual, natural, longer-lasting result — excellent for restoring broad facial volume.
Examples: Sculptra (poly-L-lactic acid), Radiesse (calcium hydroxylapatite).Semi-permanent
Products designed to last longer than standard HA. They demand precise placement and experience, since they aren’t as easily reversed. We use them selectively, when the situation truly calls for it.
Example: calcium-hydroxylapatite–based options.A word on silicone injections — we do not use them
Injectable liquid silicone is not FDA-approved as a dermal filler, and the FDA has repeatedly warned that it can migrate through tissue and cause serious, permanent harm — hard lumps, granulomas, chronic infection, disfigurement, and even life-threatening embolism. Illegal “black-market” silicone injections have caused hospitalizations and deaths. We use only FDA-approved fillers, and we’re glad to help if you’re dealing with complications from silicone placed elsewhere.

Filler safety is an anatomy problem
Every filler is placed by Dr. Levesque himself
Filler complications are almost always about where the product goes. Injected into or against a blood vessel, filler can block circulation and, in rare cases, threaten the skin or even vision. Avoiding that is a matter of knowing the facial vasculature intimately — exactly what a plastic surgeon trains for.
That’s why Dr. Levesque performs your filler personally, not a rotating med-spa injector. He also has the expertise to recognize and manage a problem immediately, and to dissolve HA filler if you ever want a change. Beautiful, natural results and genuine safety come from the same place: a deep understanding of the anatomy beneath your skin.
What fillers can do
Lip filler
Subtle definition to fuller volume — balanced to your face, never overdone. Pairs well with a Botox lip flip.
Cheek & midface
Restore the youthful support that lifts the whole face and softens the folds below it.
Under-eye / tear trough
Carefully smooth dark hollows for a rested look — one of the most anatomy-sensitive areas, and where a surgeon’s hand matters most.
Nasolabial & marionette lines
Soften the folds from the nose to the mouth and the lines that pull the corners of the mouth down.
Jawline & chin
Sharpen a soft jawline and improve chin projection and profile balance without surgery.
Temples & hands
Refill hollow temples that make the face look gaunt, and restore volume to aging hands.
Full-face volume (Sculptra)
Rebuild overall collagen and volume gradually for a natural, refreshed result that develops over months.
Filler dissolving & revision
Unhappy with filler placed elsewhere? HA filler can be dissolved and, if you wish, redone correctly.
Transparent pricing
Your total depends on the product and how many syringes your goals call for — we walk through it and quote it before we treat. See the full non-surgical price menu, and ask about Allē and ASPIRE rewards to save.
