Results without the downtime
Not every goal needs surgery. Wrinkles, lost volume, skin texture and tone, unwanted hair, and early laxity all respond beautifully to non-surgical treatments — and because they are overseen by a board-certified plastic surgeon, you get medical judgment behind every syringe and every laser pass.
Many patients use these treatments on their own, and many use them to maintain and extend a surgical result. Dr. Levesque will tell you honestly when a non-surgical option is the right call — and when it isn’t.
From Botox and Dysport to Morpheus8 and medical weight loss, it is a full menu for looking and feeling your best between, or instead of, surgery.

Injectables vs. energy & skin treatments
Non-surgical care falls into two broad groups. Injectables — neuromodulators like Botox and Dysport and dermal fillers — soften movement lines and restore volume. Energy and skin treatments — Morpheus8, CO2 laser, Lumecca IPL, and microneedling — improve skin texture, tone, and mild laxity. Many patients combine both for a complete refresh.

Are non-surgical treatments right for me?
Non-surgical treatments suit a wide range of people and concerns. They are a strong fit if you:
- Want to soften lines, restore a little volume, or improve skin quality with little to no downtime
- Have early laxity or texture concerns that don’t yet need surgery
- Want to maintain or extend a surgical result
- Prefer to start conservatively while you consider your options
They have limits — they can’t remove significant loose skin or replace a facelift once tissue has descended. Dr. Levesque will tell you honestly where that line is for you.

Recovery & what the process looks like
Most non-surgical treatments fit easily into real life:
- 1Consultation. A plan matched to your concern and skin — injectables, energy treatments, or a combination.
- 2Treatment. Done in-office, typically in under an hour, with topical numbing where needed.
- 3Downtime. Little to none for injectables; a few days of redness or peeling for some laser and resurfacing treatments.
- 4Results. Injectables appear within days; collagen-based and resurfacing results build over weeks, and a series is sometimes recommended.
Cost & financing
Non-surgical pricing varies by treatment and the number of sessions, so it is quoted at consultation. Each treatment page lists details, and packages are available for series. Financing is available for larger plans.
Semaglutide & tirzepatide, supervised
Dr. Levesque’s medical weight loss program uses GLP-1 medications (semaglutide and tirzepatide) with medical supervision — and, when you are ready, a clear path to body contouring to finish the transformation. See the data on maintenance dosing →
Why have non-surgical treatments with a plastic surgeon
Injectables and energy treatments are medical procedures. Having them overseen by Dr. Andre Y. Levesque, a board-certified plastic surgeon (ABPS), means medical judgment on what is right for you, safe technique, and an honest answer when a treatment won’t achieve your goal and surgery would. It also means a seamless path if your goals ever move from non-surgical to surgical.
