Far Exceeded Expectations - The scars are healing fine and natural looking - After meeting with several top rated plastic surgeons in Austin, I found Dr. Levesque. He was the only one willing to do a Deep plane facelift under local anesthesia, right in his office. This, along with his entire practice/staff, level of professionalism and explanation, etc., gave me complete confidence in having him do the procedure. I was still nervous going into procedure day, but truly, I am still amazed that I literally walked out of there looking like nothing had happened (well, other than the stitches under the bandages, ha!) and feeling fine. I walked the dog when I got home, and was able to shower and wash my hair the next day. I will try to post some photos that show the minimal amount of bruising. The truth is, I could have gone most anywhere and with only swelling, only someone who knew me would have wondered if I'd had a procedure done, and this from day 1!!! I guess that using local involves being given something that minimizes blood circulation in the area during the procedure, so there was just almost no bruising. It has been 2.5 months since the surgery. The scars are healing fine. I still have a bit of tightness in my right neck and some numbness on sides of my face and around ears, but that's about it. I have been a patient at Levesque plastic surgery for years. I am always greeted with a smile. I see Helen for Botox and/or Dysport roughly every 3 months. She takes a true interest in her patients. I have referred many friends to her and they all agree she is the best! She hears what we have to say, what we are looking for with are desired aesthetics, and she reviews the best treatment options. She has never tried to oversell any of the products and in fact always lets me know if there is some sort of special discount from the pharmaceutical companies or other promotions. Another thing I love is that she is gentle while injecting so there isn’t remarkable discomfort. I have had 2 in office surgical procedures with Dr Levesque and have been very satisfied with the results. We had consults prior to each procedure and he presented me with treatment options that gave me the best benefit within my preferred budgets. The procedures themselves went very well and there was minimal recovery time. I was impressed by the recovery time and I had minimal bruising. The facilities are spotless and there is never a long wait to be seen. Another thing that I really appreciate is that Dr Levesque’s clinic gives back to the community. My children go to the same school his do and I know he helps sponsor the school and other aspects of our community. I have been a very satisfied patient and suspect I will continue to be so for years to come! More

I had a recent rhinoplasty, open approach/osteotomy/nasal tip refinement/dorsal hump reduction with Dr. Andre Levesque at Devenir. I can say he is a highly skilled and shrewd plastic surgeon. My recovery was basically 3 days; after 3 days I felt fully recovered. Of course, there was unavoidable swelling and bruising, but it was minimal. I stopped taking Narco after 3 days and switched to NSAIDs as needed. I literally had no adverse experience to the operation. So, to reiterate - he is highly skilled. Reduced recovery time is only something an astute surgeon is capable of producing. Aside from skill, he is personable, humble, and interested in the patient experience and patient focused care. He personally responds to emails pre and post op as continued care. The entire Devenir staff, in fact, facilitate a holistic and patient focused experience; you feel at home instead of just another patient. Can't say enough to praise the office, all staff and Dr. Levesque. I will be going to him for all my plastic surgery needs. Thank you! More

He has performed both cosmetic procedures (neck and face lift, fat transfer) as well as reconstruction/wound closure following excision of cancer on my nose by another provider. I could not be more pleased with the results! A clinician with finely honed surgical skills, Dr. Levesque has an artist's eye and sense of symmetry and proportion that is necessary to achieve the best result for an individual. He starts with an interview and medical assessment to develop a plan together that best accommodates the patient's goals. He outlines what to expect during and following the procedure. After the surgery and the patient is back home, he personally calls to follow up. He makes himself accessible. The front office, medical staff and aestheticians are super.
