Arm lift is fundamentally about skin — once the excess is there, no amount of exercise removes it. I place the incision along the inner arm where it heals discreetly, and when appropriate I combine it with liposuction to refine the contour.

My goal is a natural, proportionate arm and an honest conversation about the scar trade-off so every patient decides fully informed.
