A great BBL is two operations in one — sculpting the waist, back and flanks with liposuction, then grafting fat to create a balanced shape. The contrast from the liposuction is often what makes the result.
Safety drives the technique. I graft in the correct anatomic plane and prioritize a proportionate, natural result over an exaggerated one.
