For younger patients with minimal laxity, the deep fat beneath the platysma is the real problem — and it cannot be reached with liposuction or Kybella. Removing it directly, with platysma tightening, sharpens the jawline while keeping everything natural.
The incision hides under the chin and heals invisibly. The change is refined but, for the right candidate, absolutely worth it.
