Breast Revision — Before & After

This patient had a previous breast reduction with an inverted-T scar by another surgeon and grew dissatisfied over time. Dr. Levesque performed a comprehensive revision: a breast lift, a breast augmentation with 370cc HSC smooth round low-profile Sientra silicone implants in a subglandular position, and Durasorb mesh as an internal bra. The wider, taller, lower-projection implant fills the upper pole naturally without over-displacing the native tissue, the mesh supports the implant and improves scar outcomes, and the inverted-T scar was revised with repositioning of the nipple-areolar complex.
