Surgeon's Perspective

Dr. Levesque on the Tummy Tuck

The lipoabdominoplasty combines flank and abdominal liposuction with the tummy tuck while preserving the abdominal-skin blood supply — it's been shown to be safer than traditional techniques, which is why I trained in it and helped publish on its outpatient safety.

The scars are shown intentionally visible here at six months so you can judge them honestly; they'll keep fading and hide well under typical undergarments. The diver's view lets you assess the rectus-diastasis repair directly.
