This mother of three had lost breast volume, especially in the upper pole, and wanted to restore her previous D-cup fullness. 3D VECTRA imaging guided the choice of a 510cc moderate-profile Sientra implant — natural fullness without excess projection, keeping the nipple-areola well positioned. Dr. Levesque used an inframammary fold incision and dual-plane (partially submuscular) placement to give a moderate elevation of the breast tissue and nipple.
