In a patient this age, the art is in restraint. She was showing only early signs of aging — some volume loss in the temples, cheeks, and forehead, early jowling along the jaw, and the first subtle blunting of her cervicomental angle — with skin that was still in good shape. A deep plane face and neck lift let me reposition the midface and jawline as one natural layer. Because her deep neck was still well defined, I deliberately left deep neck contouring out of the plan rather than operate on something that did not need it.

Fat grafting did the rest — restoring the temples, forehead, and inferior orbit so the rejuvenation read as volume returning rather than skin being pulled. Months later she has a nicer facial shape with excellent balance and none of the operated-upon look. I'm grateful she trusted me with her facial rejuvenation.
